nwpyro Posted June 29, 2014 Author Posted June 29, 2014 (edited) Here are pictures of my final optimized design. Been busy lately... Enjoy!!! The threads run under a piece of carefully flattened and bent aluminum tubing. I used a wooden dowel to do that. It's a inverted rubbing alcohol type bottle. Clear hard epoxy is what holds it down. There was actually angled holes drilled into the wood and filled with epoxy for extra holding strength. Not neccesary, but just in case! The final slurry I use is just BP +3% SGRS. I make it as thick as possible so it barely flows. I will try to get a burn video up on July 4th or so! Having problems creating a youtube account... Re: pyrojigI actually use to have a hundred feet of Chinese and American Visco... I actually got some new chinese from a friend. However, making fuse is a lot more interesting! I primarily am just going to use this for rockets, comet cannons, and etc... I only use quality un-kinked American Visco for anything hazardous, but have not played with that kinda stuff in years. Got bored of it! Edited June 30, 2014 by nwpyro
