gopro hero 3 camera - slow motion video

just curious if anyone on the forum has ever tested the above camera or similar,

for small scale explosions at 240fps ? and if its any good for the job

from what i've read it could involve digital software manipulation to obtain the slowed down video ?

Hi Dave,

In my opinion GoPro's are terrible for fireworks. I have a GP 3 and was dissapointed.

If your not talking about filming fire and it situations where there is light they are great!

Explosions in the day would be okay, and 240fps is okay, but depending what order of explosives your using.
