I personally know Cracker , and he is a legit fellow. Try emailing him. Sometimes he has issues with internet out where he's at. He is a very nice and pleasant person to do business with, but very busy, and hard to get a hold of at times . Persistence is key

I have never had issues with his service. He said once he is sometimes away on job sites and has to ship things when he gets back.

Does anyone know if smokechemical.com is still a website. I had just placed an order and paid and the website went down. The website was closed for several weeks and now when I try to go there my anti-virus software won't let me open the site. I tried calling the owner several times but all I get is "mailbox full". Any info on the company or owner would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You might just want to file a chargeback on your credit card or a paypal claim. I doubt you will get your money back any other way.

I had to file a claim through paypal after not hearing anything for a month on some chemicals i needed urgently. Very bad way to do business.

After no contact to paypal on the resolution from him they send me a refund.
