skid68
This was my first attempt at a cake. I rolled my own mortar tubes, but since I already had some tubes for the canisters, I decided to use those. Next time I will roll my own canisters also. Fun project. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLw_DXhur5g

skid68
Thanks guys. It worked just as I had hoped. I think next time I will use a slightly slower fuse between the tubes to slow it down just a bit. I found out it's hard to get comets to light when they are on top of the shell in a super tight fitting tube. Not much fire makes it on top. I also had some red stars in the final 5 shots hoping they would survive the break. They didn't.
