Zmuro
I have 30mm Ralph's glitter crossettes that were made with custom tooling. Do you have any suggestion whit what should I break them and how much break should I use. I saw a video on pyrobin where whistle mix and pistol primers are used. I have FP and potassium benzoate whistle mix, but I don't have pistol primers. Any info will be appreciated.
psyco_1322
With the small space available, I'd just try some flash to start, and adjust from there.
FlaMtnBkr
Flash will, well flash, and the light can take away from the effect some but most probably wouldn't notice. Dark report comp is what the pros use but it should give you the willys. It is chlorate and dark antimony based. Having that different shape cavity there isn't a lot off material to crack. So you might not need a real strong break and the whistle might work well. I would try a couple different things and test them in a star gun see what you like best. Zmuro
I used 0,3g of FP and 1,5 g of granulated whistle mix, since the walls of crossette are very thin. I hope they will break in four pieces.
