leedrill
hi guys im aware of all of the methods and the pros and cons to them aswell now i am going to make 2 4" can shells with yellow cap reports for my little show for new years i have just finished my TF cutter {yay} nicley timed caps my problem is up till now i have crossmatched by cutting my time fuse im looking for a more reliable method that suits every type of time fuse { im lucky i have some high quality stuff i can post pics if anyone wants but im now thinking of switching to the dip in alcahol then in a prime then black match gets folded over the top and tied / glued off ive watched vh718 tutorial on timed report can shells and its the most viable way i can see to use less time fuse and have very good timings who else does there time fuse this way

dan999ification
I cut the fuse to the depth of the razors edge, no prime.I can't say for certain if its 100% reliable but I have been just folding the bm aswell and not cutting the fuse, just scratch it a bit. If your cuts leave the core shiny, cutting or scratching the core should work just fine.Priming would be my choice for fuse with a looser core as cutting or scratching wont be as reliable for precise timings. I'm also trying one for nye:) Dan.
