dynomike1 Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 (edited) I'm sure there are some of you that watch WWE or Smakdown, i guess about every one in the world does now.The question is when Kane comes out drops his arms the flame projectors go off. What i cant figure out is how they mix the report in with the powder safley. I have been there and the noise is louder than you would think. I may should have put this in HE. Arthur Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Not seen the effect you mention, but when doing stage pyro in the UK you put several pyros together adjacent. Rock band flames can be propane, alcohol or NC fueled. You wouldn't mix the powders to get a composite effect.
Mumbles Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Any chance you could find a video of it for us? Chances are the salute and flame are two separate things. There are both flame projectors that are made stand alone from solid components, as well as the ones that shoot out pressurized gas or liquids.
dynomike1 Posted July 10, 2013 Author Posted July 10, 2013 (edited) These videos may help Make sure it says less to the right of the time. Arthur Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Well I do know that the cannon for the 1812 overture as done indoors by ine big UK firm is - a CO2 jet and a fast gerb and a small maroon AND a triggered midi file sent to the sound desk. Looks right, sounds right, but the peak pressures keep the audience and the listed building SAFE. Don't assume that what you think you see is what you are getting.
