Have you made jerky before? After that.... I like to use per 5 pounds meat1 cup red wine1.5 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp onion powder.25 cup soy.25 cup Worchey sauce6 tablespoons Kosher salt1.5 Tbsp cracked black pepper that's a good basic recipe... play with it! 1
