Shipping of chemicals safety ?

I am about to ship some perchlorate and aluminum powder, is it allowed ?

I'm sure that some companies WON'T ship those two chemicals together. (Just incase they split and mix!) I'm not sure about the laws in Dubai, but I'd check with the postage company first. Hope this helps abit!
