pyro37 Posted April 30, 2013 Author Posted April 30, 2013 Or you can buy a transformer from 110v to 220v That's right
Sinken Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 6lb from Pyrocreations with a transformer works very well for me. 1
pyro37 Posted May 23, 2013 Author Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) Thanks for sharing info Sinken. Pyrocreations seems to have some high-quality ball mills BTW, just wanted to mention that americanpyrosupply's ball mill comes with an US plug. You will have to buy a transformer from 110v to 220v to make the ball mill work in Europe as pyrogeorge mentioned. Edited May 23, 2013 by pyro37
Sinken Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Also; Pyrocreations sell transformers too. I bougth mine in Norway though, paid 60$ or something (which frankly isn't that much). But yes, they are high quality. I haven't experienced a single defect with mine. The size is allright too, I mill about 400g BP at once (200g per drum).
Bobosan Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I might add that Pyrocreations 1/2 inch ceramic media is reasonably priced. The media seems to be "seconds" with minor flaws but still very usable and just the right size for a 6lb mill drum.
Sinken Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I'd recommend the mixed one. Works perfectly, to a fair price.
