PyroCube Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Just a small shell, but I was surprised how good the results are with some good spiking and a good BP break. Before I used always some slow (good enough for lift) BP with slow flash booster. My breaks weren`t that symmetrical and quite loud. Now with my fast paulownia BP I have perfect breaks even without a booster. And it`s quite silent compared to my flash broken shells.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=md5aaNB-ouY Greets
AdmiralDonSnider Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 The spiking looks good and the result does too. Did you use a method similar to what the Pyrotechnica articles suggest? I assume pumped stars with cored BP?I always wondered how small you can go with the traditional techniques...
PyroCube Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 Hi Hmm, I didn`t do much reading about traditional canister shells, I just watched a few videos on youtube, that`s it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPT9B3LjN9IThat`s basically the way I do it. Stars were rolled simple white with a thin layer TT.With my flash boosted Shells, I hadn`t got good results, many of them blew blind but with BP it`s ok. Greets
AdmiralDonSnider Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Just realized that shell´s powered by my paulownia. Great to see the result.
Bcorso85 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 That came out great. Same size as my found 3 with willow b.p.!
