Hemi shortage?

Does anyone have a good source for cheap paper hemis? Pyro Direct is out of 3" and 4" while they look for a new supplier. I emailed them and there is no ETA in sight. I tried Mortar Tubes but their shipping fee is a MAJOR insult. I was paying about $10-$12 for 25 sets of 3" and about $8 for 10 sets of 4". If you have a good supplier, can you share? Thanks.

I received a quick email back from Eddie. He may have some 4" in his warehouse, but no 3". Prices seem fair. The shipment is "on the water" and he expects it in three weeks. Its the proverbial slow boat from China..... Patience - if only I had some.
