Mumbles Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 Is that something you've actually experienced a_bab, or is it second hand from Eugene Yurek? I've never had any problems at all with stars having too long of a hangtime specifically due to dextrin. Now, poorly ground chemicals is another story.
a_bab Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 I actually did have problems with TT stars, such as the star coming back in one glowing piece. It could have been the charcoal though. I now use SRGS and it works well. I also use black locust.
