3" Mine Submission

Here is my 3" starmine made with reeper silver stars:

The stars got carried a bit in the wind and then corrected tehmselves, kinda a bright white wash untill the got to a good height and started to die down.

1. were did you become this mortars (realy nice wals)

 

2. ok the mine was realy blended and maybe you use not enought lift, maybe if you would use more lift the stars would come more to expression. that is everythink

Excelent mine mephisto, what size were the stars. Also what ratio of lift to stars did you use, they seem to have gotten to a nice height.

The tubes were from a carpet store IIRC. I actually found it at school and asked the teacher if I could make it into mortars (with plugs and base) at school. He said it as from as carpet store or some sort of industrial cloth.

 

I used about 100 grammes of stars and around 20 grammes of lift (the lift was really, really, really crappy).

 

The stars were a mix of 10mm-15mm cubes and rectangles.

 

When I make another one (after bloody exams are over) I will use a large ammount of D1 glitter stars that I have and a smaller ammount of my new (phenominal) lift.
