Potassiumchlorate Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Very nice. Veline Blue? You have pretty powerful lift for those small ones.
Mumbles Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 You might want to lengthen the TT. If you hadn't mentioned it, I would have thought it was just prime burning off the stars initially.
dan999ification Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 (edited) Very nice. Veline Blue? You have pretty powerful lift for those small ones. yep veline blue, the lift was 10 percent willow bp ( cheese grater method 2mm worms) i use it for evrything but cakes and candles, there are some fines in there for oomph.thanks, i should have more info really.Homemade hemis from lead moulds, visco fused, balsa break 4to1 on grass seed, the stars were around 11mm, 10 layers of 100gsm 3 strip pasted with watered pva. You are right mum the c6 burns a bit fast, i picked the bigger stars out for the bigger egg core but that meant that these had less c6 but more pop than the rest, its worth tweaking/refining it a bit for a better effect, large core, less blue, more c6.I think that it was mostly prime you saw it was quite thick, its also visible when the blue goes out, i quite like the streamer type effect it gives though. Thanks for your comments.
