Oinikis Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 (edited) well, i make unpluged rockets, and i think it could happen with pluged ones. when you do not glue the tube properly, and when you ram it, paper inside folds bir, and seperates the fuel (i'm using homemade tooling, whitch is not perfect) and it was like bang! and half of fuel shoted out. maybe tube problems. now i do not have them, i glue it with wheat paste (cheap and ecological) and dry it in microwave for no more than 10 secs (DO NOT dry something with composition), and these tubes works perfect.
