saran film - static ?

has anyone got any comments re saran film and static ?

 

as far as i know theatrical airbusrts are routinely packed in a wrap(s) of saran film

i was wondering how much of a problem static is with saran

 

maybe the key is "high" humidity +60% to avoid issues ?

 

any alternatives to saran wrap?

Airbursts do indeed use Saran wrap, but they are treated prior to use to discharge the plastic.

how do they treat to discharge the plastic ?

 

spray antistatic or ground to earth through a resistor
