Weingart green Bengal composition any good?

Barium chlorate 25

Potassium chlorate 5

Shellack 10

Stearin 1

 

I was thinking about something cheaper for my Bengals than the 9:1 mix barium chlorate/shellac. This seems like it would be too little barium chlorate in it, though. 1 part of barium chlorate can "donate" chlorine ions to 1.16 parts of barium nitrate. So a better composition would be:

 

Barium nitrate 45

Barium chlorate 40

Shellac 15

 

Or what do you guys say?
