My Aluminium powder process first step

The first step in producing aluminum powder is to reduce the grain size in a mill shredder:

Then the aluminium goes to the lower mill shredder that will reduce to 100 mesh

After Al goes to a ball mill that will reduce to 400 mesh

If we use paraffin in a ball mill appear the shining aluminum flake

The easiest way is from thin sheets of chocolate, soda cup lids etc.
