Delerius Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Some time ago I picked up 5 lb of aluminum powder that is 30 µ, 500 mesh. The plan at the time was to make some dark german but it never panned out. Since I've been on a mission to find a safe 22 caliber exploding target and with having an interest in pyrotechnics, I'm thinking maybe I can put it to some kind of use. I do have a mix of other chemicals but what would some basic ideas I can make with it?
Mumbles Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 That type of aluminum is typically pretty good for glitter stars and comets if you ever get into more practical pyrotechnics.

Sabdacrab Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Use as a medium inside a cremora! I've had great success with 1.75" cremoras using solely aluminium powder (needs a little extra lift though )
