pyrojig Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Here is a nice 4in BowTie shell I shot for Thanksgiving. These seem to be fairly easy to get some consistency out of a 4in v..s. 6" shell. http://s918.photobucket.com/albums/ad24/pyrojig/?action=view¤t=BowTieShell4in2011.mp4

Other than the very minor issue of the single ring star becoming independent, the shell was perfect, and was caught very well on film. You should feel pretty good!
optimus Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Really nice shell, good work. Thanks for sharing.

pyrojig Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 that was badass great job on that on paper or plastic???? Thanks for all the replies. It was almost perfect, I had one star wander, but all in all it was a keeper. I had been working on pattern shells with the 4" plastic shells. They where glued with xylene and fiber-reinforced packing tape was used to "spike" the shell (in a 3 axis ), to add to the break. C-6 rising star was attached to shell as well.
BJV Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Very nice job, Keep up the good works. Thanks for sharing,BJV
