pyrosailor99 Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 hi! i'm happy as yesterday i tested my really first hand-made stars.i used the standard tiger tail composition with pine charcoal. i made this stars in about 90 secs... just to test the just arrived pine charcoal. i haven't milled anything... just grinded as fine as possible the kno3 and mixed roughly, then wet with water. i think the result is great as i didn't expect a so sparkful stars at my first attempt... i can't imagine what could come out when i will do it seriously... i attach here the video. - sorry i had to cut/cover some part of the scene. http://www.pyrobin.com/files/mvi_4048_filtered.mp4
guntoteninfadel Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 I love the BP formulated stars. Try some Ralphs glitter as it is really really cool as well as all the chrysanthemum (sp?) ones. I have not gone into the colored stars yet and probably wont untill I master the delivery systems. Yours are great looking, keep up the good work
