Blackthumb Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 For those using BP as a fuel and don't have a press......but...you might just have a Ryobi battery impact nailer on hand....works quite well and is faster than a press....great for smaller rockets...just be sure to protect the ends of your drifts...
Mumbles Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 That seems like a lot of unnecessary energy being put onto a composition. BP is relatively insensitive, but there's no need to tempt it.

Its the heat generation that multiple strikes create that concerns me. A wooden or rawhide hammer is a much better solution. -dag
