Can i use Ti as anode and iron as cathode?

Ti is OK but Fe isnt. grafit or platinum is mutch beter.

Make your own PbO2 anodes, works in a perklorate cell too, but is much cheaper than platinum.

Ti will not work as an Anode, it is excelent for the cathode though.

 

I agree with silverturk, make your own PbO2 anodes, they are excelent for chlorates and perchlorates.

and could it be made from solder
