Blackthumb Posted April 30, 2011 Author Posted April 30, 2011 Would make sense to upload a photo....Duh!!
Blackthumb Posted May 1, 2011 Author Posted May 1, 2011 I enjoy the smaller fireworks that zip, pop and sizzle....Grandkids love 'em. Star Rocket side note....I make these 3/4 stars with a 1/4" cavity in them for flash....they are pushed by the "sawdust Scooter" then burn and explode on the way down....quite fun...
Blackthumb Posted May 1, 2011 Author Posted May 1, 2011 The red visco has been in my inventory since 1964...bought 1000' of it....still works and looks great!!
Ralph Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Would make sense to upload a photo....Duh!! sure dose they are great fun I use 1/4" whistle rockets for this as NH said that is some cool looking visco
Ralph Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Cannonfuse sells red visco if you wanted any NH. not the same as that they dont that looks like 1.8mm red chinese visco cannon fuse has 3mm red american visco
Mumbles Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 It could be. That picture is deceptive if the description is correct. The tube is 3/4" OD, not the 1/4" you've been talking about. If it really is 3/4" OD, the fuse could be the typical 3/32"
NightHawkInLight Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 not the same as that they dont that looks like 1.8mm red chinese visco cannon fuse has 3mm red american visco Yeah what would be nice to have is tiny 1mm visco for a little something Dagabu's working on for me. I'll get by without it just fine, it's just a matter of convenience.

All of my store purchased bottle rockets have a really tiny and rather stiff fuse that's not red but I'd like to have a rather long roll of it... any ideas?Should I post a picture of it?
Ralph Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 have you guys tried decent quality 1.8mm chinese visco its still and works beautifully ?
Blackthumb Posted May 3, 2011 Author Posted May 3, 2011 the fuse in the photo of the "star Rocket" is good ole 3/32 red visco.....from the 60's

That's the stuff I would like. 1.8mm is too big in this case Ralph.
