oldguy Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 (edited) Bolt motor down, add belt & idler arm tension sheeve & its rolling Also install a ground wire, a high end timer & large toggle type dead man off/on switches in easy to reach spots on both ends of the mill. In case I want to cut power off quickly. As for finishing the jars. Plan there is to use ½ inch plywood inner & outer laminated together, with Formica laminated to the inner facing, sealed in place with both epoxy & screws. Use 4 inch Schedule 40 PCV pipe as a jar mouth, held in place with a pipe flange & for a closure use a rubber pressure test cap. Something like this below: Edited April 20, 2011 by oldguy
