I'm interested in making two different stars using the following formulas-

potassium perchlorate 8.75

strontium carbonate 6.25

magnalium 200 mesh 3.5

parlon 3.25

red gum 1.75

dextrin 1.25

potassium perchlorate 55

black copper oxide 15

parlon 15

red gum 9

magnalium 200 mesh 6

Dextrin 4

First, are these formulas suitable for cutting or rolling? And also, I'm guessing I bind with water/alc? Thanks in advance.

They should be fine rolled or cut (or pumped)

Use water. Other than the odd one, if a formula has dextrin in it, then water is the solvent. Some people add alcohol (me included) to speed drying and make absorption easier.
