pillyg Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 I live in illinois where just about no consumer fireworks are legal (just sparklers and novelties)i read on another random topic that it is legal to make fireworks (im just about sure thats wrong) but its worth a shot does anyone know about the laws of homemade pyro stuff? also, i have a paper made about why fireworks should be legal, what would be the best person to send it to (a politician)
