5" Ruby Red, 6" White Glitter. Round Shells

Hi All,

I had a chance to shoot a couple of my round

shell this weekend.

The 5"(Ruby Red) shell, the burst is 5-1 BP on rice hulls

with a whistle booster.

The 6" White Glitter same burst with 5 grams of whistle booster.

The video is not the best, was taken to close.

The star homogenity as well as the break uniformity could be improved in case of the Ruby Red. The Glitter shell was some nice work.

 

Both shells were very pleasing; I´m just being hypercritical in order to point out possible things to work on.

I don't think I have ever been totally happy

with any shell I have built.

I had one heck of a time with the Ruby Red,

they kept cracking when drying and took for ever to

get hard. I finely had to spray the with NC.

The Glitter shell, I used one of Ralph's glitter formulas.

Very nice shells.

My 4 inch ball shell with emerald green/ruby red stars. H3 burst charge. I didnt like the brightness of the stars. Magnalium was homemade 50/50, milled in ball mill using stainless stel media.
