Naskar roller --> Corning machine

Hi all,

Here is my latest project - An addition to naskar roller to make it corning machine.

 

The original Nakar roller is jast tire in a wood frame rolled by a washing machine motor.

The addition is a piece of a PVC pipe with OD close to the ID of the tire. the PVC pipe was added a 8 mash screen and a 140 gram epoxy+gravel ball.

The corned BP is collected in the tire and is collected after all the BP is corned.

 

The result are:

31% = -30 mash BP

64% = -10+30 mash BP

5% = +10 mash BP
