I was just wondering (had a look and couldn't find the solution ) how do you remove people that have added you as freinds (that you want no association with)

If you go to their profile, it gives an option on the left for "remove me as a friend" under their picture.

I couldn't find a better suited place to post this, so: How do I delete my old posts? I wan't to help out with cleaning up the mess that was made.
