Despite having a backorder in on the domain, it only put me into an auction which I lost. I haven't had any contact with the former domain owner for about 3 months. Despite our best efforts here, we couldn't get it back and were forced to switch domains to this one.

I, however, did see on a UK forum that you had attempted to reinstate the old site, but not much else after that.
