Col Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Mine is almost always overdone as i have to cook it late at night when its dark due to smoke issues. I have some lime wood (lime tree) to cook at some point, it alledgedly makes excellent bp. Right now i have a small batch of pine cooking, 1.4kg of dry spruce gives me +/- 400g of charcoal.
