I really need to get/make Nitrocellulose but i don't know how to get nitric acid and sulfuric acid. Is there any substitute for materials of just to substitute Nitrocellulose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could have searched.

 

Many pingpong balls are nitrocellulose and camphor, cut up and dissolve in acetone.

Smokeless powder also works. Search next time.
