Pyro09 Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Hi, today I built a nice sleeve for my 14mm-Rockets. You don't need metal or any expensive tools, just a drillpress and the appropriate drills. And it works very, very fine Greetings, Pyro09http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/7937/p1000926u.jpghttp://img693.imageshack.us/img693/1709/p1000927.jpghttp://img21.imageshack.us/img21/8818/p1000928x.jpg
Swede Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I like it! Nicely done! I suspect the support will last almost forever. The rams might need replacement once in a while, but being wood, it'd be no big deal.
Pyro09 Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 The rams are made of hardwood, but you're right, they won't last very long. But they are only for whistle rockets, my other rams are made of aluminum.
TheSidewinder Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 What's that... squished-looking thing below the largest ram?
Pyro09 Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 What's that... squished-looking thing below the largest ram? Lol that's just a hole in the table
TheSidewinder Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Oh, ok, now I see. For some reason it looked like it was above the table, not below it.
lostfido Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Oh, ok, now I see. For some reason it looked like it was above the table, not below it. I thought the same thing!
