TheSidewinder Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 In response to that annoying Russian PM spammer who dropped in here a few days ago, we've installed a PM throttling system on the Members and Full Members groups. No one in those groups should be inconvenienced through legitimate use of the PM system, however. Donators and HE Qualified Members are exempt from any restrictions. We're not going to have a repeat of that nonsense, thankfully, and our apologies to those who were spammed.
