Just had my O Chem final. I either broke my foot off in it's ass, or it fucked me up. Either way I'm having a celebration beer. I looked up some of the answers and it looks like I am sooooooooooooo close to a perfect score. I already saw a few points getting off though. Damn epoxidations.

Side note: I have decided there is a race of genetic super asians. They are the reason I don't have 4.0 in college, and can't get an A in organic chemistry despite thoroughly kicking ass in the class.

I'll have a few left over shells and starmines, but i think they are outlawing fireforks in my county for new years... This is seeming to get more common... fucking pigs...

Help! Help! I'm being repressed!

So i might have to go somewhere else... Or i might go get smashed and smooch some hot girl when the ball drops... Mmmm tough choice...

The highest grade I made on any of my finals was a 96 in Chemistry. It never fails me! I'm a Jr. in high school BTW.

Ahh crap looks like I am going to have to coat my stars with prime in the future. I think a few hundred grams of shit grade BP is in order... Golden powder needs a little more umphf to ignite those stars  30grams of stars is no biggie any who...

I saw some PS3s for sale at Wal-Mart last night. That was the first time I have seen any on the shelves, they're usually sold out.

My friend picked up two for the grand total of $1,200!

Hey if you get a ps3 make sure and buy Resistance Fall of Man. The game is pretty fun. It reminds me a little of a computer game called Painkiller.

Play Gears of War for Xbox360. I think that game might change your opinion on consoles..

Second off. I was just taking a gander at the member tutorials section and noticed that most of the pictures have disappeared. I think we need a more permenant way to host image files.

I heard it Mr. Pyro! Not more than 25 minutes after I put a small order in for some chems for dragon eggs at Skylighter I get emailed a newsletter from Harry explaining the loss of the Firefox suit against the CPSA. This just fucking sucks! Our troops are fighting and dying for the democractic liberties in Iraq and we are denied our rights to express ourselves in an artistic way that goes back centuries in our own country!!! We may have to Jan. 16 to get what we can get, although they may have some kind of an appeal process. I'm not waiting, I'm going to get anthing I can get now, they will not fuck up my 2007 display!!! You all have a nice holiday and a good New Year. :( :(

It's a damn shame hearing about the latest update in the Firefox/CSPC battle...

Just remember that in Britain (and other countries), we have no legal framework for amateur manufacture of fireworks, only a few pyro suppliers (who don't stock nearly anything like what Skylighter does), yet some of us still manage to kick out some badass pyro : )

Regardless of the CSPCs actions, the hobby will not die.

Well put optimus, the fireworks hobby will not die regardless what government agencies do, the only thing that will happen is that life will get a bit more difficult for you guys there but you will get used to it. (You will get to taste what life can be like when you don't have acces to cheap chems)

Now don't understand this the wrong way, i am in no way supporting the CPSC but sometimes i can't stand people bragging how easy it is to get stuff when i have to work my ass off to find some chems at a reasonable price, to be honest it pisses me off.

Your right, Optimus. I was venting a whole lot of steam last night. This may set us back a bit , but with a little ingenuity we will survive. Besides, with all the great minds on this and other forums , we shoul'nt have to many problems making our own chems.

Yup, and just to piss off PGF, it is always nice to find the back door. I found one in having friends with the permits B)

But still, it's a burden going through them, so, here's another idea. We still have a bit of time left, and we can get something done. In Harry's letter, he says to stock up, and though it's like a sales plea, he's right. If I can get some people together, people in the US, we could place a bulk order. For anyone interested, please PM me and we can band together.

banning trans fat, banning pyro chems, shoot, pretty soon we are going to have to ask the government if it is OK to take a dump!

We should all be training ourselves to make our own basic chemicals as rrestrictions will keep growing.

Will we still be able to get KNO3 from like pottery supplies and stuff? Because if not I may have to resort to the KNO3 garden mound thing. If I can't find supplies for BP I'm are kinda screwed. :(

They already did it with ammonium nitrate in the UK. I wouldn't be suprised if KNO3 was next (Even though it's not a HE, ignorance will always surround any substance).

I'm not as worried about Pot. Nitrate as Pot. Perch. There's all sort of ways to get KNO3; garden fertilizer, stump remover. But I need my PERC!!!! 1lb a year my ASS, what the hell can I make with that? about 5 stars, wooooopeeeee.

I'd get my license in a second if it wasn't the Type 20 that we need. I don't have room for a magazine. Couldn't they come up with a new license that didn't requires us to have a magazine? I'm not storing anything anyway.

Ok guys look, Harry at times is full of shit. He's dones this before, and I am sure isn't going to be the last time. He's over exagerating. They haven't lost, Firefox isn't going out of business, etc. I think Harry is just trying to scare up some business for himself. Here's a post from the Purrington's fresh from the PML yesterday.

While I am on the topic, I suggest everyone subscribe to PML. It is generally a good source of info.

To the dozens of customers who have placed phone calls and e-mails, and to

everyone else out there, FIREFOX IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!! FIREFOX HAS NOT

"LOST" OUR CASE!!! FIREFOX IS STILL FIGHTING FOR OUR RIGHTS TO FREE

ENTERPRISE AND YOUR RIGHTS TO PURCHASE AND USE CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES FOR

YOUR LEGAL HOBBY INTERESTS!!!

Will there be restrictions? Yes. Are there still issues that need to be

worked out? Yes. The judge has ordered it. Are we still fighting for the

hobby industry? YES!!

Diane and I finish up a two hour teleconference on these matters to find

that many of our customers now think we are going out of business. NOT TRUE!

It seems that there is one individual out there that has no idea of the

extent of headaches, hundreds of hours of work, the government inspections

and scrutiny and overwhelming high stress that Diane and I have endured to

defend our mutual rights against an entity that has virtually bottomless

pockets to fund a suit against us. Diane and I will continue to fight for

your rights. Please remember this when ordering. We heartily thank all of

you on our legal team and everyone's support and donations. THANK YOU! The

fight is not over yet!

Harry, don't bother to call to explain this one. It will take days for me to

cool off.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!

Diane and Gary
