Trouble finding pulleys

I have been wanting to make a ball mill but I cant because I just cant find any pulleys! Does anyone know were they might be sold or is there anything I can salvage them from? I tried my local HomeDepot, but the only ones they sold were attached to a mounting thing instead of beaing just the wheel.
