Maybe an idea: create google ads for the non verified users/users without an account, and keep it ad free for the people with an actual account. That is the way we do it at least with our forum, and creates a steady income too.

FYI - It took me a bit to find the donator access. It doesn't load with the "APC Red" theme, at least not for me (Win7, Google Chrome). It loads fine with the IP Board theme though.

I have to ask, just how much does it cost to host this site.

I have several websites www.thailandcarpetcleaning.com.

www.bangkokpyro.com www.bruneicarpetcleaning.com they cost just 100 USD each a year to host on servers that provide an excellent service and in the past 10 year no downtime or outages.
