How can i make whistle rockets without buying a press? is their any other method I can use?

I don't feel like sifting through posts to see exactly when you posted this, in relation to another one in which Mumbles told you to get off your ass, and do your homework.

 

Therefore:

 

You have *NO* business making whistle mix or whistle rockets at this point.

 

You are trying to RUN before you learn how to WALK.

 

In pyrotechnics, that's a recipe for a VERY SHORT LIFE, let alone a short CAREER!

 

Whistle mix is touchy at best, and damned dangerous in the hands of the ignorant!

 

What you need to do FIRST, is read, read, read, and then read some more.

 

Read the threads on the use of ordinary Black Powder, and how to make your own. Then make some, starting with small batches. If you don't get the desired results, read some more, then try again.

 

Make simple fountains first. Make the tubes to put the fountain mix in. That subject is found here, in the tutorial, nwebie, and pyro sections, and tells you in detail how to accomplish this. READ IT.

 

Make some stars that are plain old Black Powder stars, often called Charcoal Streamers, and make a Mine with them. That subject is AGAIN found here, in the tutorial, pyro, and newbie sections, and tells you in detail how to accomplish this. READ IT. Make more small mines, until you get them to work EVERY TIME. They don't have to LOOK perfect, but they have to WORK perfectly.

 

Then and ONLY then, should you tackle an aerial shell. Use the same Charcoal Streamer stars. Make small shells, CERTAINLY no more than 3" diameter, and perferably 2". AGAIN, that subject is found here, in the tutorial, pyro, and newbie sections, and tells you in detail how to accomplish this. READ IT.

 

Believe it or not, jointluver, what we've ALL been telling you the last two days, is done so with the intention of SAVING YOUR EYES, YOUR FINGERS, YOUR LIMBS, OR YOUR LIFE!

 

You do NOT yet know what you are doing. You can LEARN here by following the advice everyone has offered, and live to a ripe old age and still enjoy pyrotechnics very much.

 

OR, you can ignore the advice and possibly die. But long before that happens you'll be shown the door and not let back in.

 

The next post of yours I see after today, the 24th, in which it's obvious you haven't done as you are told (homework!), will earn you a warning and a 48-hour (or longer) "vacation" from APC.
