Found kn03 fert, 13% n 38% k, how pure?

i found a place here in aus that sells potassium nitrate in powder or granul form. I asked them how pure it was and they said 13% nitrogen 38% potassium.

 

Im wondering if that would require purification or if it usable how it is. I searched google but i was unsure so i thought i was ask here before i brought it. It comes in a 25kg bag and costs 32$ Aud

That will be fine for pyro use, wont need purification and the price isn't bad ether. Get it in powder form as it will be easier to work with
