Can I use aluminum grinders ?

Speaking of only potassium perchlorate and German dark aluminum powder, some of you guys talk about screens and such , can I use aluminum grinders, 2 of course ,1 for each chemical?  also , are both those chemicals safe from ignition when not mixed , like I said ,I would use 2 separate grinders for each chemical, so my two questions, are aluminum grinders a good idea and can potassium perchlorate or German dark aluminum powder ignite when not mixed for any reason?

I haven't understand what you are really trying to say. What do you mean by grinding dark aluminum? It is already in very finer mesh grade and needs no further processing. Suspended /finer mesh aluminum can be ignited alone in presence of heat source.

You seem you are really creating a trouble from your questions. Flash is not for beginners and it is very dangerous and energetic so no further discussion here outside HE section.
