—i will be making some 5 inch shells soon, because i ran out of my nitrate booster this time, and i want to use 70kcl4+30al flash powder as a booster for the 5 inch shells, i dont know how many grams of this flash to use, i want a hard break, and symmetry, and the black powder i put on the hull is 6:1 but they are quite weak, they cannot be used for the purpose of lifting the shells, for my 4 inch shells i used 3.70g of 70kcl4+30al flash booster, they are very symmetrical and strong, and for the 5 inch, can i use 4.70g like the 4 inch

Probably? Hard to say. Perchlorate flash is ALOT more energetic. You may be better off waiting until you can make more nitrate booster. Otherwise I'd start w half or less than that for 70:30. Lots of variables. You need to do test shells. It may take just one shell or it may take more than one to find the amount that gives you the break your looking for.  You should receive more input here.

yeah maybe i should test them, starting probably 4.60g flash kcl4+al for 5inch clamshell

That’s pretty close (5g) for a 5and  6” . 
Start there and adjust to break w/o blind stars. Just remember as the shell size grows the need for booster decreases. There is more powder working for you in the volume of burst .
