HC8200 Sparkular Effect - Ti Powder

Has anyone tried the Ti Powder sold for cold spark machines in place of Ti or FeTi in star or gerb comps?

I have found these searching for Ti powder on Alibaba/AliExpress. I managed to find the composition from an MSDS. 

I ask because I am new, I live in Australia and haven't found a good source of Ti or FeTi domestically. Happy to hear suggestions! Same for Magnalium.
