LiamPyro Posted January 7 Posted January 7 I’m currently visiting Japan, and being a pyro, am naturally very interested in seeing traditional fireworks manufacture or displays while I’m here. Unfortunately, it appears that fireworks aren’t sold or displayed much in the winter here - they are big in the summer. I am in Kyoto at the moment and will be traveling to Kanazawa, Hakuba, and then briefly to Tokyo. If anyone has any recommendations for pyro-related activities or experiences, let me know! All I can find online are gimmicky tours and summertime events. I did visit the Ryogoku Fireworks Museum in Tokyo - see attached photo. It was small, but fun. 1
