Clark white star prime

I found this white star on pyro data.

KClO₄ 50

Ba(NO₃)₂ 8

Al 37

Dextrin 5

I bind with 25% alcohol sol.and made some cut star, Do this need good prime?I will use it on firework flash powder burst charge.(Sorry I'm not good at english)

Yeah for sure, you will need hot prime to insure ignition of this star followed by black powder prime at the end.

Plus try to add boric acid in solution form a percent or two dissolved in a water to counter nitrate aluminium reaction.

Is there any cheap hot prime?I don't have magnalium:(

I often use magnelium for hot prime,

If you don't have access then you may look for silicon.

I don't have reliable prime without magnelium.
