Arthur Posted August 7 Posted August 7 I used to get igniter chips from ODA-ents sadly now gone. Does anyone have another supplier of bridgewired chips ready to dip please? Did ODA.'s stock go to another place?
cmjlab Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Someone on FW.com acquired or was helping the widow attempt to sell the remaining chips ("matchheads") en mass around a year ago. I offered to buy 500, but never received a response. I assumed they wanted to sell them all at once and gave up. I have not seen anything else since then about the remaining "matchheads". I've also not found anywhere else to buy them either. With that being said, I've tried the "BATFE Unregulated" ematch and the ebay Chinese ematch. I've not experienced any issues either, except the unregulated ematch do not work well in cheap Chinese firing systems. There is a significant delay from button press to fire. The Chinese ones are likely not legal, but have NO delay. All this to say, I used to make my own, but now it's just as cheap or cheaper to buy the Chinese ones. Good luck - Charles
