homeflake210 Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 I hate hangovers... its the worst, stomach acid leaves a horrible taste in your mouth.
oskarchem Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Yeah, well Pretty green, It exists evry where, here in the Osuth of France I'ts pretty bad...If anyone knows your a pyro it's certain social death your taken for a terrorist..
50AE Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Yes, I'm here in France for some time to study french, but in the same time I practice pyro in secret. What I hate there, the most of the people consider the homemade pyrotechnics like a sort of terorism, they say it's dangerous, that only idiots do it and etc. So I avoid speaking of it. I told my classmates that i'm a pyro, some thinks I'm crazy, others that I'm a terrorist, third that I'm normal. Well, one day I brought some homemade firecrackers and smokes at school. They liked them, and some kewls asked me to manufacture some smokes for them. Of course, I declined. Giving someone a homemade pyro device is a very bad idea. No offence, but I think this country is "fire paranoic". There is no place for pyro there. If you are willing to visit it, enjoy the monumets, history, nature, not pyro. I'm staying here for 6-7 months to finish my studies and enjoy at the other beatiful monuments here, then I'm returning to my own country. There I'll resume practicing my pyro freely
oskarchem Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Hey, no offence taken, I'm not French , but yeah it's pretty hard, what part of France are you in? I don't take any stuff into school because some one would tell on me... and I never make anything for any friends, don't want to have that kind of responsibility on my back
50AE Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 I'm in Paris. I don't make for friends either. It's beacause I don't trust them that they will use the device correctly. Then I'm doing something at my own, I prefer to use it at my own
Mumbles Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 I have one question. What is the purpose of having aerial coverage of an indoor football game? Oh yes, that roof is S-W-E-E-T!!!
oskarchem Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 Geezus christ... I was distilling some natural oil (to make Vaniline) and this was a barand new distilling set, and it was blocked... Somehow I didn't see it... And well I heated my solution (happy it wasn't conc.Acids) and at the 100°C mark the stopper blew out with a massive speed, incredible and it broke my also brad new 380°C thermometer so well that's like 80E that I just threw away
oskarchem Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Oh, god having some computer trouble; the internet resets evry 42seconds... And I know it is not my Wi-Fi router that is causing the pain, because all the other 3 computers in my house all function normally, anyway, Tried restoring the disk, cleaning it, searching for viruses... Nothing oh, well guess it's not going to be exactly a pyro friendly weekend but more of a Save important files, format disk type... Not looking forward, anyway I'm going to try to restore it to like a month ago.. let's see what it dose.If anyone has some hints, I would take them gladly...
50AE Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Why should you bother yourself trying to format the HDD or even go so deep in your OS. If your connection is wi-fi, check your connections, also try with another USB bluetooth, check your signal strength and do some google. http://www.google.com/search?hl=bg&client=...D0%BD%D0%B5&lr= Reformating, doing recoveries without finding the cause of the problem is nonsense
oskarchem Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 What is it with this weather?! It started snowing here! In febuary it was like 20-25°C all was fine, but now that I have to start to fly the weather is getting like all crap, wind, snow, rain... Hate this so much.

We've fucked up our planet, and now, we shall pay for our ignorance.
oskarchem Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Yeah, unfortunatly... I mean I thaught that we, here in Europe are pretty bad, but when I see what is happening in south America, it scares me...
pudidotdk Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 I hate fucking april fools day! Did anyone else hear US buying Greenland from Denmark for the price of 254 million $ ?
TheSidewinder Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Wouldn't surprise me. We plan to annex Canada next.
pudidotdk Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 ARGH! Fuck my fucking stupid garage!Just bought some nice custom cut plywood sheets, and because they were in the garage for a few days they're all bent! Now it's shit to work with! That garage has ruined every singe piece of wood that has been in there!
justanotherpyro Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 ARGH! Fuck my fucking stupid garage!Just bought some nice custom cut plywood sheets, and because they were in the garage for a few days they're all bent! Now it's shit to work with! That garage has ruined every singe piece of wood that has been in there! If the conditions in you garage are such that it can bend them, then perhaps they can be bent back? Were they standing up against a wall? IF so then you might try laying them flat on the floor ( if possible ) in an attempt to bend them back? Just a far shot for my .02 only you'll know if it will/can work.
mormanman Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 If the conditions in you garage are such that it can bend them, then perhaps they can be bent back? Were they standing up against a wall? The wood grains are curved so when they get wet the try to straighten out and the wood is straight so the wood bends when the wood grains bend out. If it does work it would be awesome but the only way I would think you could do that is get a steamer and steam the would and press it back.
justanotherpyro Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 Thats kinda what I was hinting/hoping was that the garage was humid and warm enough to bend the boards. If it can do it in a few days then there have to be some favorable conditions to bend wood that quickly. Chances are you won't get it perfect the way it was, my point is that try something to fix it before scraping it a total loss
Apollofrost Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I just got "the talk" from my housemates. If I want to stay, the chems have to go. They're thinking about all moving into a new house and I may or may not get voted off the island to use their term. They're keeping me in suspense for now. Get this, the deciding vote is that fat fuck who's pretending to be EOD. He's giving me a lecture about pyro when he tried to recruit me to make HE for him for resale a few months ago. That was after he tried to get me into the escort business and before he tried to convince me to go into porn or become a stripper. Then he wonders why I don't terribly like him. Just a bad situation. But I'll probably dump the pyro hobby anyways. I'm working on becoming an emt attached to the fire department and anything related to pyro would be a serious black mark on my record. So once the chems are gone I'm probably out. It's been a fun month. Oh, and I can't sleep. It's 4 in the morning, I've gotta get up at 7am to see a house and clean my room before my ex comes over. It's just bad. Oh, my work laptop finally died and I received some threats at my work because a bitch smoked pot in a hotel room and I wouldn't give her deposit back. Oh happy day. I'm thinking of making some giant steel fountain like things but I would need a suitable cylinder. I'm thinking steel pipe or ABS, any thoughts?
WarezWally Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 (edited) What do you have? ***************************************************MOD EDIT: Now, now, Wally! None of that, please, even in jest.*************************************************** (Personally I would tell them to fuck off, if they still persisted then your better off somewhere else) Edited April 9, 2008 by TheSidewinder
bmarley5780 Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Bobs mishap cost me 55 bucks in chems....damn....@#%*&@#%(*
Frozentech Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I'm thinking of making some giant steel fountain like things but I would need a suitable cylinder. I'm thinking steel pipe or ABS, any thoughts? Please don't. If you really MUST make a giant fountain, make a Clark's Giant Steel Fountain, in CARDBOARD tubes. A bit tricky to source the best tubes, but they are out there. One fellow on rec.pyrotechnics talked about building a giant fountain in a CO2 bottle, then came on one more time to ask if "religious ceremony" might be a usable defense, then newspaper blurbs from his town about the ATFE raid following "huge explosions". Not a safe project, using metal tubes.
TheSidewinder Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Ah yes, I remember him! But he shall remain nameless. He's a perfect candidate for my next Signature Line edit.
jacob Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Ahhhggg!, someone on ebay out bid me by a buck with six seconds to go,
