pyrobob Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 I was just wondering (sorry if this is somewhere...i didn't see it anywhere, and i didn't know what to search for) how many about 3/8" stars go in a 3"...its my first time making a shell, and I wanted to know how many stars to make (I want to do as small of a batch possible) thanks,--pyrobob
Mumbles Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 A calculator says 116. For a ball shell, it will take roughly 100g, maybe 150g for a can shell. I'd say make 200g to be safe. It will give a bit to for testing, and if some stars don't turn out as well.
