To react in a thermitic fashion with aluminium in the composition you want to light? Iron oxide does not react unless you have some of the ordinary metal pyro fuels present. I am sure you want to ignite stars with prime... You may try BP plus 5 to 10 percent silicon.....or Black powder plus 10 percent barium nitrate plus 10 percent magnelium........
